Tony Bowls Evening Gown in The Stylist Handbook Volumes 3 & 4

Singer, songwriter, producer, and musician Shelea Frazier wore a strapless teal Tony Bowls evening gown in the Volume 4 “Emerging Talent” issue of The Stylist Handbook. On pages 48 and 49, Frazier features Tony’s hand-beaded A-line gown paired with a leather cuff with crystals and hoop earrings by LaShan.
On the cover of the Volume 3 issue of The Stylist Handbook, fashion blogger Dulce Candy wore the same teal Tony Bowls gown accessorized with jewelry by Linda Rose Vintage. The gown is also featured on pages 6 and 21 of the issue.
